The terms that apply when you buy from Liquidation Pallets Wholesales.

These terms apply to all orders placed with Liquidation Pallets Wholesales, a business operated by LIQUIDATION WHOLESALE GROUP, LLC (“we”, “us”). By placing an order or accepting a quote, you agree to them.
1. Products sold as-is
Our merchandise is liquidation stock: customer returns, overstock and shelf pulls. Unless a listing states otherwise, all pallets are sold as-is, where-is, without warranty of any kind, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Item mix, quantity per pallet and condition can vary from the description and photos, which are representative only.
2. Prices and quotes
Prices on the website are starting prices per pallet. The final price is the amount stated in your order confirmation or quote. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them, subject to stock availability. Freight, liftgate and other delivery charges are added unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Orders under $10,000 may be paid by Zelle, Chime, Apple Pay or Cash App. Orders of $10,000 and over must be paid by bank transfer. Payment is due by the date you choose at checkout, which cannot be more than 3 days after your order. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after that date. We only send payment details from our official email address.
4. Shipping, title and risk
We ship to the United States and Canada. Delivery dates are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the shipment is handed to the carrier or collected by you. You must inspect deliveries and note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, as described on our Shipping & Delivery page.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy.
6. Resale and compliance
You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your use or resale of the merchandise, including product safety, recall, labeling and tax rules, and for any import duties, taxes and brokerage fees for shipments to Canada.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
