Shipping & Delivery
How we ship pallets and truckloads, what freight costs, and what to check when your shipment arrives.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states and to Canada. Canadian buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes and customs brokerage fees.
How we ship
- LTL freight for single pallets and small orders. Your pallet shares a truck with other freight.
- Full truckload (FTL) for large orders, usually 20 or more pallets.
- Pickup if you prefer to collect your order with your own truck or carrier.
Freight cost
Freight is not included in pallet prices. It depends on how many pallets you buy, the distance, and your delivery address. Residential delivery, liftgate service and delivery appointments can add to the cost. We quote freight before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Processing and transit time
Once payment clears, we book your freight and send you the estimated pickup date and transit time. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.
Receiving your shipment
- Make sure someone can receive the delivery and that the truck can reach your address.
- If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, ask us for liftgate service when you order.
- Count the pallets and check the wrap for damage before you sign.
- Write any shortage or visible damage on the delivery receipt (bill of lading) and take photos.
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos if anything is wrong.
Missed or refused deliveries
If a delivery is refused or cannot be completed because no one is available, the carrier may charge redelivery or storage fees. These fees are paid by the buyer.
